Today we went outside to start learning about trees. First we picked a tree in our school yard to watch grow and change over the year. We noticed that there were a lot of leaves on the ground, so we knew it was Fall! Then we talked about all the parts of a tree. After we knew all the parts, we made a tree with our bodies. Finally, we went on a leaf hunt and found 5 big leaves the we would use to make beautiful art!
We also used an app called
Skitch to help us label our tree. We are getting really good at labelling trees!
